​-- we offer both rental options; prices vary on time, date, vehicle, and milage

What proper documentation is required? 

​-- proof of U.S. ID +  proof of insurance

Will a background check be completed? Am I able to still rent with certain charges? 

​-- Yes; Yes, so long as charges are not relevant to rentals, further inquiry may be needed by staff

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

​-- Yes, with additional fees including dependent on distance from main office location

Is a deposit required for booking? 

​-- Yes, a deposit is required for booking prior to rental. Prices vary. ​

Can the vehicle be driven out of state? 

​-- Yes, but additional fees included for mileage.

Are pets permitted? 

​-- Yes, but additional cleaning fee will be included. Liability of damages to vehicles interior or exterior will be charged as well for any pet damages.

What should I do if  I experience mechanical issues with the car?
